1. Products & Prices
 • All product prices are originally set in Polish złoty (PLN).
 • For your convenience, prices may also be displayed in other currencies depending on your location. Final charges are always processed in PLN or converted automatically by your payment provider.
 • We reserve the right to update prices, promotions, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments
 • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
 • Secure payments are handled through trusted providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit card).
 • If payment is not received, the order will not be fulfilled.

3. Shipping
 • Poland: free delivery (1–3 business days).
 • European Union: standard courier delivery (4–7 business days).
 • United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland: international courier delivery (5–10 business days).
 • Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

4. Returns & Refunds
 • Customers may return products within 14 days of delivery (see our Refund Policy for details).
 • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

5. Privacy & Data Protection
 • Personal information is collected only for order processing and customer support.
 • We do not share your personal data with third parties, except payment and shipping providers.

6. Liability
 • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
 • Product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings.
