Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from NIKOLÉ.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for return:
 • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
 • Proof of purchase is required.
 • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
